Product Details

The Center for Disease Control has recommended the use of cloth face masks to help fight the spread of COVID-19.

This face mask is made from 100% polyester and includes two ear loops with adjustable grommets for a comfortable fit.

The printed area of the mask is approximately 7" wide by 5" tall.   This mask fits well on adult mens' faces without the grommets but, due to the adjustable grommets, can be worn snuggly by adult women, as well.

Please note - this is NOT a surgical grade mask. It is not intended for any medical or commercial uses, whatsoever. It is a simple, cloth mask designed for everyday use to cover your mouth when out in public. The mask should not be used in any medical or surgical setting.

We make no warranties that the mask prevents infections or the transmission of viruses or diseases.

Thanks for the feature! I don't know how others think about this one but I had a blast painting it.

Artist's Description

A large gorilla sits in front of an ornate gate that is shrouded in fog. There appears to be nothing behind the gate's entrance but a cloudy, grey sky with the hint of an eclipse peeking through. At the top of the gate there is an H in the ironwork.
What does it all mean?
This painting emerged from my subconscious. The thought of a gorilla at a gate demanded that I follow through on that image and paint it. So I did. To me, there is kind of a symbolic nuance to this painting involving the afterlife which I have probably been thinking a lot more about due to this crazy pandemic we're all going through. No one knows what awaits them when they pass on and the concept of heaven is beyond human comprehension. But we all must face our fears and wonder if the life we have lived is good enough to pass judgement
when that moment arrives. Will we encounter some symbolic gorilla at the gate who denies entrance or will he willingly let us pass?
Of course, some others who have seen thi...

About Thomas Blood

Thomas Blood

I consider myself to be a modern day surrealist, heavily influenced by my all-time favorite artist, Rene Magritte. I paint ideas. My goal is to paint the impossible, or at least, the highly improbable. With my paintings, you can always tell what's going on, you just don't necessarily know why. I want my paintings to tell stories that make you think. And if I can bring a smile to your face, that's even better. Enjoy! And please consider buying an item or two - they make excellent conversation starters!
